Allexi Alligator is head chef at Gator's Gap: a celebrated (and entirely meat-free) diner nestled in the Louisiana marshland. Renowned for his tofu chowder and okra gumbo, Allexi gives classic Southern staples a veggie twist - and takes pride in feeding just about everyone who wanders into his swamp.
